I am Konstantinos Koutsompinas, a full-stack engineer based in Athens with more than three years in enterprise software at European Dynamics. My day-to-day work spans modular Java systems, integration flows, CI/CD, data pipelines, and production infrastructure, but my bigger goal is broader than shipping tickets.

I want to grow into the kind of engineer who understands not only how to build strong systems, but also how companies create value, scale teams, and make the right bets. That is why I keep pushing on both sides: enterprise execution at work, AI product building on my own, and an MSc that sharpens both technical and business thinking.

Migrated a large monolithic Java codebase from Ant and Ivy to a modular Gradle setup, then designed the CI/CD path around it.
Built integration services with Spring and Apache Camel for enterprise-grade message routing between systems.
