OpsPilot

Multi-tenant AI support assistant with RAG, real-time chat, ticketing, analytics, and the delivery infrastructure needed to run it as a real product.

React TypeScript Spring Boot Microservices Kafka pgvector AWS Prometheus Grafana

OpsPilot is a multi-tenant AI support assistant built as a product, not a demo: a RAG pipeline for grounding answers in a tenant’s own data, real-time chat, a ticketing system for handing off to a human, and analytics for tracking how the assistant is actually performing across tenants.

The backend is a Spring Boot microservices architecture with Kafka handling asynchronous messaging between services, and pgvector backing the retrieval layer for the RAG pipeline. The frontend is React and TypeScript. Multi-tenancy runs through the whole stack rather than being bolted on afterward, which shapes everything from data isolation to how the retrieval layer scopes its queries per tenant.

Delivery infrastructure treats this like production software: a CI/CD pipeline through Jenkins, deployment on AWS, and Prometheus and Grafana for observability. Building the surrounding infrastructure, not just the RAG pipeline itself, is the part of this project that mirrors the platform and integration work at European Dynamics most closely, applied to an AI product instead of a government procurement system.
